Terms and conditions for vietnam tours
Thank you for your interest in Deluxe Vietnam Tours. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before booking with us. When booking reservation is confirmed by telephone, email, website forms or signing booking forms, this means you have read and accepted the terms of our booking conditions on behalf of all persons in the party.
childern discount
•Under 2 years old: Free of charge.
•From 2 to 5 years old: 50% of adult's fee.
•From 5 to 12 years old: 75% of adult's fee.
•older than 12 years old: full charge.
1.deposit & payment policies
A deposit of $ 250(USD) per person is required on the comfirmation of booking tour. we require full prepayment only 60 days before your tour derparture. The payment is made by money tranfer, telegraphic tranfer or credit cards payments with all the bank transfer charges / fee to be paid by the clients. For Visa & Master cards, bank fee is 2.75 %. For American Express, bank fee is 4 %.
